Bangladesh included in Asia Model Festival 2017

A three year contract was signed on February 6 between KORBAN and Crosswalk Communications for co-managing and partnering the event. Chairman of KORBAN and director of Asian Model Festival James Kim, and managing director of Crosswalk Communication Ltd MA Maruf, has signed a contract and will now be going ahead with further preparations for the contest, which will take place in Bangladesh. Tasmia Ahmed, head of Planning, Crosswalk Communications, and Samir Ahmed Himel, creative of Crosswalk Communications, were also present during the signing. Face of Bangladesh is the first step towards a big opportunity for Asian models, both male and female, to stand out and make it big in the global modeling and fashion industry. There will be 30 selected contestants fighting for two winning positions in each female and male category.  The top two winners from both categories will participate in the Asian Model Festival, where 25 Asian countries will be contesting for the top position. The participating countries from Asia are Korea, China, Japan, Mongolia, Philippines, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Nepal, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Macau, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh and Taiwan. The Asian Model Festival, celebrating its 12th anniversary in 2017, is the largest Asian fusion event in the world that combines related industries such as fashion, beauty, health and culture. The Asian Model Festival has demonstrated its ability to create diverse cultural contents in the centre of Asia. Top modeling agencies from renowned fashion industries in Paris, New York and other cities are invited to select models from Asia from this much anticipated model search event. The festival is scheduled to be held at Seoul, Korea from June 22 to June 26, 2017.
