Miss World Presents Award @ Barcelona Film Expo
Yesterday Barcelona played host to not one but two Miss World’s as reigning Miss World Rolene Strauss, joined by her predecessor Megan Young, were invited to attend and present at the CineEurope Film Expo!

The biggest event of its kind in Europe, CineEurope 2015 was a chance to see exclusive screenings of upcoming films, including snippets of those still in production. It was also a chance to reward the hard work and excellence of film distributors over the last year.

Lions Gate Entertainment was one of the distributors presenting at the Expo. Here Rolene tames a Mockingjay, featured in The Hunger Games series.

Last year then reigning Miss World Megan Young was invited to present The Variety International Children’s Fund Humanitarian Award to Barcelona FC for their global charity commitments. She did such a good job they invited her back this year alongside Reigning Miss World Rolene Strauss to present again.

This year’s winner of The Variety International Children’s Fund Humanitarian Award was Tim Richards, Vue Entertainment’s founder and CEO, for his work as chairman of Hope and Homes for Children's board of trustees.
“CineEurope and UNIC (International Union of Cinemas) are thrilled that Variety is presenting this award to Tim Richards at the CineEurope Final Night Awards Banquet,” said Phil Clapp, president of UNIC, and Robert Sunshine, co-managing director of CineEurope. “Tim epitomizes the best in exhibition and his philanthropic endeavors are extraordinary.”
“Not only does Tim run one of the best and most profitable cinema chains worldwide, he has also dedicated his time to helping homeless, institutionalized children in Europe and Africa achieve their dreams of living in loving homes,” stated Clark Woods, president of Variety–the Children’s Charity International. “It is an honor to bestow upon Tim the Variety International Children’s Fund Humanitarian Award for making the world a better place for children.”

Away from the film expo, Megan & Rolene soaked up the atmosphere of Barcelona, here visiting the Casa Batlló, one of Gaudi's most famous structrures
