25-year-old Jeanine is a professional make up artist and founder of the Brandt Beauty Foundation, which is her Beauty with a Purpose project. The project was among the Top 3 at the Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2021 Beauty with a Purpose Final.
The Brandt Beauty Foundation supports families and children living in poverty. To date Jeanine has raised $117,000 and built a house for a family that were living in poor conditions.
Jeanine said: “the real measure of success is not the award received, the $117,000 raised, or the house built for Beverly’s family. Success is knowing Shaniqua now has the books she needs for Form 5. It’s seeing all the girls eating from their kitchen garden. And it’s the fire of self esteem that’s been lit within the girls during our learning and creative experiences.”
Miss Marabella, Manisha Moonilal and Miss San Fernando, Elisheva Philips were first and second runners up respectively.
